How do I send my Tōk back?
In Canada: use the contact page to ask us to send you a prepaid return envelope. In the USA: you’ll have to pay for the return shipping (sorry). Contact us and we’ll provide some shipping tips to help make this easy on you.
Can I exchange my Tōk for a different colour?
Yep. We understand your everyday carry is an extension of who you are, right down to the colour. Again, just send your unused Tōk back (within 21 days of ordering) and let us know what colour you’d like instead.
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
